Yaacov Kotlicki
Chairman of the Board of Directors, Visonic Group of Companies
Mr. Yaacov Kotlicki is a founder of Visonic and Chairman of the Board. For 37 years, he has been an active manager in the company and is responsible for having developed many of the technologies implemented in Visonic's products, including passive infrared detectors, alarm control panels, Fresnel lens design, as well as innovative production processes.
In addition, Mr. Kotlicki built Visonic's international marketing network, founded the company-owned subsidiaries and established agreements with over fifty distributors around the world.
Mr. Kotlicki holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.

Yair Naaman
CFO, Visonic Group of Companies
Mr. Yair Naaman was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2006. Mr. Naaman possesses extensive knowledge and experience in business finance gained from many senior level positions in major international companies. He served for nine years as the Head of Koor Industries' Finance Department, at the time the largest conglomerate in Israel. He also served as Tadiran's Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President and as Telrad Networks' Chief Financial Officer and Vice President. In addition, Mr. Naaman is a Non-Executive Director of Gaon Agro Industries Ltd, an Israel-based agro-industrial holding company.
Mr. Naaman holds a BA and MA in Economics, both from Tel-Aviv University.

Bat Sheva Levi
Non-Executive Director
Bat Sheva has been providing Visonic with legal expertise since 2007 as a member of the Audit and Remuneration committees of the Board. Ms. Levi is a director of Orbit Technology Group and was a director of Rafael Advanced Defense Systems until October 2006. Prior to founding her own law firm, Ms. Levi served as legal counsel and Corporate Secretary in the Legal Department of El-Op Electro Optics Industries.
Ms. Levi holds an LLB, an LLM in Law and a BA in Arts, Psychology and Education from Bar Ilan University.

Savion Elie
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Savion Elie joined Visonic in May 2009. Mr. Elie brings valuable financial experience to Visonic's Audit and Remuneration Committees. Mr. Savion is the founder of his own financial consultancy firm and he is also presently counsels a private real estate company. Prior to these activities, he served as a member of the Board of Directors and a member of the Investment Committee of the Smadar and Taas Pension Funds and as the Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Taas Board of Directors. Prior to this, Mr. Elie filled the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration of Raychem and Vice President of Finance and Controller of Bet Shemesh Engines Ltd.
Mr. Elie holds a BA in Economics and Business Management from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Walter Goldsmith
Chairman of the Audit Committee and Senior Non-Executive Director
Mr. Walter Goldsmith is a chartered accountant with extensive senior level management experience in a number of private and public companies. Mr. Goldsmith has served as Chairman or Non-Executive Director for numerous public and private companies, including Bank Leumi (UK). Government appointments have included Chairman of the British Overseas Trade Group for Israel. Prior to this, he was Group Planning and Marketing Director at Forte Plc, the hotel group, and Director General of the Institute of Directors for five years.
Mr. Goldsmith is also widely known for his career at Black & Decker, the global manufacturer and marketer of power tools, where he became Chief Executive Officer of the UK company and later Corporate Vice President of the US parent. During his career at Black & Decker, he helped establish the company in 22 countries and supported the launch of the famous Workmate® portable workbench.
Anthony McCann
Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Non-Executive Director
Anthony McCann brings to the Visonic Board of Directors considerable management experience in the consumer sector. Mr. McCann's senior level positions include Joint Chief Operations Officer of Black & Decker, President and Managing Director of Sunbeam International, and Managing Director of the Mail Order Division of the Littlewoods Organisation Plc. In addition, he was Chairman of Servisair Plc and ScS Upholstery Plc at the time of their listings.
Mr. McCann is currently Chairman of a number of private companies, as well as Senior Non-Executive Director of ScS Upholstery Plc.

Avi Barir
President and CEO, Visonic Group of Companies
Mr. Avi Barir joined Visonic in January 2010 as President and CEO. Mr. Barir brings with him 30 years of experience in management, marketing, sales and the development in high technology companies. Prior to this position, he served as the Vice President of Software DRM and led the flagship division of Aladdin Knowledge Systems. During his tenure, Aladdin's products became the #1 choice of software publishers worldwide.
Mr. Barir has held many other senior level positions, including Vice President of Marketing in BreezeCom Wireless Access Solutions and Associate Vice President of Marketing in the Access Solutions SBU of ECI Telecom.
Mr. Barir holds a B.Sc.EE from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.

Yigal Abram - Senior Management
VP Sales and Business Development, Visonic Group Companies
Mr. Yigal Abram joined Visonic in February 2010 as Vice President of Sales and Business Development. With twenty years of experience working for technology companies, Mr. Abram brings to Visonic expertise in sales, management, business development, product marketing and R&D.
Before joining Visonic, Mr. Abram held several senior level positions in ECI Telecom, a leading provider of telecom infrastructure. His most recent position was Vice President of Strategic Sales. During this tenure, he played a major role in ECI Telecom's transition to Solution and Service sales. Before holding this position, Mr. Abram was a regional Assistant Vice President for Sales and Marketing in ECI's Broadband Access division.
Prior to that, Mr. Abram served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for ImageID and was Sales Director for EMEA in Inovia Telecoms.
Mr. Abram holds a B.A in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University and an MBA from the Edinburgh school of business.

Laila Arad-Allan
VP Marketing, Visonic Group of Companies
Laila Arad-Allan joined Visonic in January 2010 as VP Marketing. Ms. Arad-Allan brings with her over 20 years of experience in development, product management and marketing in the high technology industry. Prior to this position, she served as the Vice President of Software Digital Rights Management -- the flagship division of Aladdin Knowledge Systems. Ms. Arad-Allan also held the position of Director of Product Management for Aladdin's leading product--HASP, which became during her tenure the #1 choice of software publishers worldwide.
Ms. Arad-Allan began her career in the field of Artificial Intelligence as a software engineer at an Israeli subsidiary of Texas Instruments.
Ms. Arad-Allan holds a B.Sc. in General Sciences from Tel-Aviv University -- majoring in Math and Computer Science.

Amir Gefen
VP Research and Development, Visonic Group of Companies
Mr. Amir Gefen joined Visonic in 2006. Throughout his career, Mr. Gefen has managed complex projects combining hardware, software and RF design, mostly in the communication and IT arena.
Prior to joining Visonic, Mr. Gefen was General Manager of R&D Departments in several large technological companies, including Alvarion, Elisra and Teledata, as well as in start-up companies such as TransSky. He also managed for three years the Strategic Business Unit of Security and Surveillance in the Mer Conglomerate, a security system integrator group, for which he directed one of the biggest security projects related to the 2004 Athens Olympic Games. Mr. Gefen began his career as R&D Project Manager in the Israeli Defense Forces.
Mr. Gefen holds a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Zeev Botzer
VP Operations, Visonic Group of Companies
Zeev Botzer joined Visonic as Vice President of Operations in 2006. Zeev brings a wealth of over 20 years experience in operations. Before joining Visonic, for 13 years Zeev served in different positions in Verint Systems, a leading provider of enterprise workforce optimization and security intelligence solutions. In his last position, he was Vice President of Global Operations. Prior to Verint, Zeev worked in various operations management positions in Optrotech and in Laser Industries.
Mr. Botzer holds a BSc (with honors) in Industrial and Management Engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Michael Wasserstein
President & CEO, Visonic Technologies
Mr. Michael Wasserstein, President & CEO of Visonic Technologies (1993) Ltd., joined VT in the beginning of 2004. Michael brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the relevant business, international sales, marketing, and R&D fields. Before joining the company, Mr. Wasserstein served as VP Sales & Marketing at Hexagon Ltd., TeraOp Ltd. and Marconi Communication (Israel) Ltd. Between 1982 and 1996 Mr. Wasserstein was engaged in research and development in the position of Project Manager, working for Tadiran Telecommunication Ltd. (merged with ECI), Cubital Ltd. (a subsidiary of Scitex) and the Israeli Army.
Mr. Wasserstein holds a B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technion in Haifa, an M.Sc. from Tel-Aviv University and MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

Shelly Bloch
VP Resources & Strategy
Shelly Bloch is the Head of HHC & Telemedicine since 2006. After serving for 4 years as Visonic's Vice President of Strategy and Resources , Mrs. Bloch departed from the company to become the General Manager of GO Software Company. Prior to that, Mrs. Bloch served as the COO of Israel-on-Line (IOL), and Human Resources Manager of MATAV, a leading cable communications company.
Mrs. Bloch holds a B.A. degree in International Relations and English from Tel-Aviv University, and an M.A. degree in Human Resource Management from Leicester University

Yehiel Rotblat
Plant Manager Kiryat Gat, Israel
Yehiel Rotblat has been with the Visonic Group for over 14 years. Prior to his appointment as Plant Manager of Visonic Ltd. in April 2002, he served as the group's Manufacturing Manager for four years. Previous to that, he was Manager of the Production Operations Department that oversees the production activities of all three companies in the Visonic Group.
Before joining the Visonic Group, Mr. Rotblat was active in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), where he achieved a rank of Lieutenant Colonel. He was part of the software implementation team for the IDF's Operational Activities Program.
Mr. Rotblat holds an M.B.A. degree from Haifa University.

Aharon Zagory
Chief Information Manager
Aharon Zagory has served as Chief Information Manager since 1996. A recognized authority on information systems management, he has conducted seminars on ERP implementation for Israeli and international professionals. Before joining Visonic, Mr. Zagory was a consultant specializing in industrial engineering and information systems.
Mr. Zagory holds a B.Sc. degree in Industrial Engineering and Management and an MBA degree from Tel Aviv University.

Bill Lyon
President, Visonic Inc. and VSI Inc., USA
Mr. Bill Lyon has been the President of Visonic Inc. USA since 2001. His prior career experience includes executive sales and marketing positions with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Lifeline Systems and Laerdal Medical Corporation. He has also been a founder, partner and General Manager of two entrepreneurial start-ups. His products and systems experience includes communications, electronic security, consumer products and healthcare.
Mr. Lyon is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, and has done graduate work at San Jose State University, the University of Michigan's Executive Program and the Harvard Law Seminar on Negotiation.

Antonio Cano Gomez
General Manager, Visonic Iberica de Seguridad Ltd., Spain
Mr. Antonio Cano Gomez has been with Visonic since 2001. Prior to being the General Manager of Visonic in Spain, he was Commercial Director and Managing Director of the Casmar, Madrid branch. Mr. Gomez began his professional career in security in 1992 as a Commercial Agent for Scantronic E.A.S. Inc.
Mr. Gomez holds a degree in Technical Computer Management from the National Business School CENEI.

Tony Mann
Managing Director Visonic UK Ltd.
Mr. Tony Mann joined Visonic in 1998, rising rapidly through the organization to his current position as Managing Director of Visonic UK. Prior to this appointment in 2008, Mr. Mann served for eight years as Chief Operations Officer of Visonic UK. Concurrently, he held additional roles within Visonic through which he contributed greatly to the company’s marketing and sales success, as well as to product development. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Mann was the Chief Operations Officer of Visonic Technologies Ltd. UK, a subsidiary of Visonic Technologies Ltd., and for the three years prior to 2006, he took on the role of Business Development Manager of Visonic UK. In his first two years with Visonic, Mr. Mann was a Senior Engineer and Technical Manager, responsible for the Product Support Department.
Mr. Mann holds a Diploma in Management Studies (DMS) from De Montfort University.

Stephane Verment
Regional Manager for DACH and Benelux, Visonic GMBH, Germany
Mr. Stephane Verment is the Managing Director of Visonic operations in German-speaking countries (DACH) and Benelux. Before joining the company in 2002, Mr. Verment was the European Managing Director of Amikai, a provider of real-time translation services. For seven years prior to that, he served as the Managing Director of LaCie's operations in Germany and Austria in the field of storage peripherals.
Mr. Verment holds a business diploma from both the Centre d'Etudes Supérieures Europèennes de Management, Reims, France, and the Europäisches Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Reutlingen, Germany.

Artur Stepowski
General Manager, Visonic Central Europe
Mr. Artur Stepowski has served as General Manager of Visonic Central Europe since 2006. Mr. Stepowski joined Visonic in 1995 and quickly rose through the organization, holding various positions in the Technical and Sales Departments. Prior to his current position, he was the Sales Manager for Visonic Central Europe.
Mr. Stepowski holds an Engineering degree from the Warsaw University of Technology and an Executive MBA from the Leon Kozminski Academy of Entrepreneurship and Management.

Tomas Hansson
Regional Director Nordic Countries, Norway
Tomas Hansson joined Visonic in 1999 as Regional Sales Manager, bringing with him valuable expertise in security, telecommunications and marketing. Previously, Mr. Hansson established a marketing division for Telenor Securinet, a leading Norwegian telecom and high-security company. In the years 1991-1997, Mr. Hansson was a co-founder and sales and marketing manager of a Visonic distributor in Norway.
