Visonic will recommend to the shareholders in the Annual General Meeting a dividend payment

Visonic Limited (TASE: VSC.TA) (“Visonic”), the international developer and manufacturer of electronic security systems (alarms) and home management systems, is pleased to announce that the Board Of Directors has decided on 21 March 2010 to recommend to the coming Annual General Meeting (which will be convened on 27 April 2010), the payment of a dividend in the amount of 0.1 NIS per share, to be paid on 20 May 2010 to the shareholders on 5 May 2010 (X-day: 6 May 2010).
