Visonic AGM Statement and Dividend Payment

Visonic (LSE: VSC.L; TASE: VSC.TA), the international developer and manufacturer of electronic security systems (alarms) and home management systems, is pleased to announce that at the Group’s Annual General Meeting held earlier today all the resolutions were passed, including the payment of a maintained dividend of £0.01 (gross) per Ordinary share. The dividend will be paid on 19 June, 2008 to shareholders on the register on 23 May, 2008 and the ex-dividend date will be 21 May, 2008.
