Visonic Signs Exclusive Supplier Agreement with Prosegur

Visonic (LSE: VSC.L; TASE: VSC.TA), the international developer and manufacturer of electronic security systems (alarms) and home management systems, is pleased to announce the signing of an exclusive supplier agreement with Prosegur Activa Spain SL (“Prosegur”), a leading security service provider in Spain, Portugal and Latin America.
Visonic will supply its flagship product, the PowerMax range of wireless security and
home control systems, to Prosegur for integration into all Prosegur’s installations in the Residential and Small Businesses markets in Spain and Portugal.
Partnerships such as this, with a leading international company in its field, demonstrate the success of Visonic’s strategy of targeting sales through mass market distribution channels.
