Production Capabilities
Visonic manufactures all its products in-house, at a 10,000 m2 (107,600 ft2) state-of-the-art production facility located in Kiryat Gat, Israel.
Utilizing the most advanced just-in-time manufacturing processes, we work in accordance with the highest manufacturing quality standards, under ISO 9001 quality management 
system-certified procedures. These comprehensive and advanced in-house production capabilities, unique in our industry, enable us to ensure uncompromising quality control throughout the manufacturing process while also enabling the utmost flexibility to adjust products and production schedules according to demand. Every year, we produce more than two million wireless home security systems, more than one million wired detectors, and hundreds of thousands of varied wireless peripherals, such as keyfobs, keypads, sirens, monitoring devices, and others.
With Visonic’s extensive production capabilities, which include a plastics manufacturing plant, dedicated production lines for each product type (sensors, control panels, etc.) and final assembly and packaging of complete systems, every aspect of every product is produced onsite. As a result, Visonic stands alone in the industry in being able to customize almost any aspect of our products for OEM markets. From languages, features, plastics colors, and OEM logos on the products, Visonic can deliver exactly the products our customers want, how they want them, when they want them.
